At RadiantsRituals, your satisfaction is our priority.

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, makeup, or haircare products unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return:
Contact us at Hello@radiants-rituals.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll guide you through the next steps, including where to send the item.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
